Easy Shepard's Pie by
1 lb. Ground beef 1 Can of Corn 1 Can of Green Beans 3 Carrots 1 Onion Boxed Potatoes (prep. for 8 servings) 1/2 C. Beef Broth A couple dashes of Worcestershire Sauce Dash of dried Thyme Bay leaf (or smidge of dried oregano) Grated Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F. Peel and chop carrots and onion into small pieces. Brown meat and add carrots and onions. Add canned veggies once meat is cooked and carrots and onion is soft. Cook for 1-2 mins. and add broth, sauce, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. While it's cooking, prep mashed potatoes. Transfer meat and veggies into a large baking pan and top with mashed potatoes and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins. At the last 10 mins., remove foil and continue baking. Enjoy!
