Flour Butter Garlic 20 oz. beef broth 10 oz. chicken broth Half and Half Water Corn Starch


Brown roux- Flour in melted butter and garlic. Add beef broth and chicken broth. Boil. Add half and half, water and corn starch. Simmer.

Pour on french fries with cheese curds.
