Crockpot BBQ Baked Beans & Sausage by
4 to 6 links chicken sausage or other smoked sausage 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup ketchup 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 large can (28 ounces) pork 'n beans 1 can (approx. 16 ounces) small red beans or black beans, drained, rinsed 1 can (approx. 16 ounces) pinto beans or great northern, drained, rinsed 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker insert. Cover and cook on HIGH for an hour. Reduce heat to LOW and cook 3 to 5 hours on LOW heat. Serves 4 to 6.
