Greek Meatballs by gweneris

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. crumbled feta 1/2 small red onion, grated 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley 1 large egg, lightly beaten 2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 425.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Form into 12 balls and thread onto skewers
4. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil, roast meatballs for 15 - 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve with lemon slives, tzatziki, and roasted red potatoes.
