Chimichurri by gweneris


2 cloves garlic 1 cup parsley stems and leaves 1/4 cup cilantro stems and leaves 3 T. red wine vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup EVOO


Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender and process until well combined. Slowly add EVOO and blend until smooth. Makes 2/3 cup
