Beef Fried Rice by
1.5 lbs. ground beef 6 tsp minced garlic 1/4 tsp ginger powder 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 cup small broccoli florets (better with more) 3 cup cold cooked rice 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. sesame oil
Brown ground beef with garlic and ginger; drain. Transfer beef to a bowl. Heat oil in the same skillet, then add bell pepper and broccoli. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in cold cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Return beef to skillet; toss to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
