Mandarin Duet Salad by

Ingredients
Orange Gelatin Ring
6 oz. orange-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling liquid (water or fruit juice)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
Ambrosia Fruit Salad
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (13 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup cut-up or miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Orange Gelatin Ring
Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad.
Ambrosia Fruit Salad
Mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad.
