Chicken Parisienne by Elaine Remez

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boned & skinned 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup cooking sherry mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

Season chicken with salt & pepper in a pyrex dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
