Ingredients

3 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter or margarine 1 small can (5oz) Evaporated milk 1 pkg (12oz) Semi Sweet Chocolate chunks 1 jar (7oz) Marshmallow crème 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 3 qt heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil about 4 min or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.

Add chocolate chunks and marshmallow crème, stir until melted, then add walnuts and vanilla, mix well.

Pour immediately into foil lined 9 in square pan; spread to even cover bottom of pan. Cool at room temp at least 2 hours, cut into 1 in squares.
