1/2 package penne noodles, cooked as package direction 1/2 lb hamburger meat 1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese 2 cups shredded cheese, divided into one cup servings 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1 egg

Heat oven 350 degrees. In a sauce pan over medium heat, cook hamburger meat, drain any grease off after cooking. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese (I use mozzarella) Parmesan, and egg. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer penne, sauce mixture, then cheese mixture. Repeat layering. Sprinkle remaining cup of shredded cheese on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot bubbly.
