1 golden butter cake mix 1 can mandarin oranges with juice 3/4 cup oil 3 eggs Frosting: 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 small can of mandarin oranges, Drain juice 1 package of vanilla instant pudding 1 large cool whip

Grease and flour two pans or one 9x13 layer pan. Mix all ingredients, blend as directed on cake mix box. Bake at temperature from box directions.

Frosting:

Mix crushed pineapple with pudding, then drain mandarin oranges and add. Stir in coolwhip. Chill in refrigerator before frosting cake.
