Squash Casserole by Doris Galloway

Ingredients

6 medium squash 1 small onion 1/4 sour cream 1/4 parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 1/2 cup cheese (grated) 1 can cream chicken soup 1/2 stick butter salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

Instructions

Cook squash and onions until tender. drain and mash well. Add egg, butter, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, 1 cup cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt and peper, Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with pam. Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
and 1/2 cup of cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
