Italian Sausage Pie by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 lb bulk sausage 5 eggs, beaten fresh spinach or broccoli, chopped 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, chopped into cubes garlic to taste ground pepper shredded cheese ready-to-use pie crust

Instructions

375 degrees.

If using broccoli, steam for 1-2 min; drain and let cool. Cook sausage in large skillet until brown; add garlic. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add eggs and stir until mixed. Fold in spinach or broccoli.

Pour in pie crust and top with shredded cheese.

Bake 45-50 min. Let sit 10 min before cutting.
