Double Pineapple Cheesecake by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 package pineapple cake mix 3 T oil 1/3 c brown sugar 1/2 t cinnamon 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 c sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c milk 3 T lemon juice 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300. Reserve 1 c cake mix. Mix remaining cake mix, 1 egg, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oil. Press into 13x9" prepared pan and 3/4 up sides. Blend cream cheese and sugar; add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat 1 minute on med speed. At low speed add lemon and milk. Pour into crust. Bake 40-45 minutes until set. When cool top with drained pineapple.
