Bailey's Irish Cream Cake and Bailey's Icing by cpeirson

Ingredients

Cake: 1 German chocolate cake mix 5oz Baley's Irish Cream 2 eggs 6 oz water Icing: 3 oz cream cheese, softened 3/4 c butter, softened 3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream 2 1/2 c powdered sugar

Instructions

Cake:
Mix cake, water and eggs on low speed. Add Bailey's and continue beating on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour in 13x9" prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with Bailey's Icing.

Icing:
Combine all the ingredients, mix until smooth and creamy. Spread on cooled cake
