Spinach and White Bean Dip by cpeirson

Ingredients

1/4 c EVOO 1 clove garlic 1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained 2 1/2 c fresh spinach 1/4 c dill sprigs 1 T lemon juice S&P to taste Crostini

Instructions

In small saucepan, heat EVOO and garlic until fragrant (2 to 3 min); let cool. In a food processor, puree with beans, spinach, dill and lemon juice; season. Serve with cristini.
