Ingredients

1 cooked chicken breast, cut in small chunks 1 avocado, cut in small chunks 1/2 ripe tomato, cut in small chunks Several basil leaves coarsly chopped Several fresh spinach leaves, cut in thin lengths Ground sea salt, to taste Fresh cracked pepper, to taste Mayonnaise, to desired consistency

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

Can also substitute - chopped green onion, chopped celery, chopped red pepper, chopped broccoli...anything in your frig!
