Sausage peppers and onions by janine

Ingredients

Frying pan, spatula, olive oil, two green peppers, yellow onion, sweet or spicy sausage, cutting board.

Instructions

Heat olive oil on medium-high heat, rinse peppers cut the peppers Into Thin strips after removing the seeds, cut up onion into strips. Add peppers and onions into hot oil and Fry until golden brown but not burnt. Remove peppers and onions and set aside, cut up sausage add to the frying pan cook 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink inside. Add the peppers and onions back to the pan and fry for 5 more minutes remove pan from Heat and serve you can also serve this on hoagie rolls.
