Gluten free meatloaf by janine

Ingredients

2 lbs of Ground beef 2 large eggs Onion powder Garlic powder Seasoning salt Pepper Diced bell pepper Gluten free bread crumbs 1/4 cup of milk Mixing bowl Disposable loaf pan Wooden spoon to mix ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 f or 180 c
Crumble ground beef into bowl add dry ingredients then wet ingredients mix with hands or wooden spoon until well incorporated
Put mixture into loaf pan
Cook 60 minutes or until meat is brown outside and there is no pink meat inside
Let meat rest ten minutes before slicing
Plate and serve
