Gluten free French toast by janine

Ingredients

Frying pan Spatula 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Whisk Bowl for eggs 1/4 cup milk 2 slices of thick gluten free bread per person Non stick cooking spray Syrup, fruit or powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

Spray pan with non stick cooking spray heat on medium heat
Crack eggs into bowl add vanilla, cinnamon and milk whisk until well mixed
Dip thick gluten free bread into egg mixture coat well on both sides shake off excess
Cook one minute per side or until golden brown
Serve with favorite topping
