Ingredients

Frying pan Cutting board Sharp knife Oil Whole white or red skin potatoes 4 Ground sausage Shredded cheese of your liking 2-6 eggs depending on how many people you are feeding Gluten free tortillas Spatulas Bowl to scramble eggs Salt Pepper Fork Milk Pan to heat up burritos and cheese

Instructions


Heat frying pan with oil on medium heat chop potatoes very small fry for ten minutes or until golden brown drain set aside
Next cook your ground sausage until fully cooked and brown set aside
Scramble your eggs in bowl with milk
Cook eggs in frying pan until fully cooked
Add all ingredients into gluten free tortilla shells sprinkle cheese on top of mixture
Bake until cheese is fully melted
Roll and serve
