Ingredients

Crock pot 3 lb chuck roast Knife Cutting board 6 large potatoes Pot to boil potatoes Pot roast seasoning Mixer with paddle attachments Water Milk Butter Fresh green beans and carrots

Instructions

Rinse chuck roast add seasoning and water cover cook high 8 hours during last hour wash cut add vegetables
During last half hour boil potatoes on medium high 34 minutes drain add milk butter use mixer to get desired consistency
Set crock pot to warm let meat rest cut and serve enjoy
