Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix 1 3oz package jell-o instant coconut cream pudding mix 1 cup warm water 1/3 cup oil 4 eggs 1 cup brown sugar (not packed) 1 cup chopped walnuts large bundt pan

Instructions

combine cake and pudding mixes with oil and water. beat in eggs, one at a time. add brown sugar and nuts. mix well. grease large bundt pan with oil. i use spray vegetable oil and sprinkle with granulated sugar for a crunchy crust. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. i only need to bake for 1 hour. dust with confectioner sugar before serving. can be served with cool whip. freezes well.
