Pulled Pork by BR Hahn

Ingredients

1 (3 pound) boneless portk loin roast 1 cup water 1 (18 ounce) bottle of BBQ sauce 2 TBS brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 8-12 hamburger buns

Instructions

Place roast and water in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove pork loin and drain liquid. Return pork loin to slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
Add BBQ suce and next 4 ingredients to pork in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
Serve on buns.
