Shepherd's Pie Minis by caneilson

Ingredients

1 lb. 90% lean ground beef 1/2 cauliflower head 1 t. minced garlic in water rosemary thyme sage salt and pepper to taste Worcestershire (see recipe)

Instructions

Brown beef in pan with rosemary, thyme, sage, and worcestershire. Press into muffin tins (putting them in paper cups keeps them together a bit easier ** MAYBE TRY MAKING PATTIES FIRST ON BOTTOM LIKE MEAT LOAF**
Steam cauliflower florettes and put in food processor with minced garlic and salt. Pulse food processor, adding small amounts of water gradually just until cauliflower is smooth, but still holds a shape. Spread cauliflower on top of the ground beef and bake at 350 for 20 min (raw meat) or 10 min (cooked).
