Tuna Salad with Celery by
Ingredients
1 can white albacore tuna in water
2 T. dijon mustard (optional with horseradish)
1/4 t. curry powder
salt and garlic powder to taste
celery head, separated and washed
Instructions
Drain tuna (save some water to return to mixture)
Add to bowl with spices and mix well, adding can water to keep soft
Serve on celery boat or as a dip
