Betty's Pasta Salad - Mom by bobodoll

One of our family's favorite salad recipes Mom made.


1 box shell macaroni cooked, drained and cooled, (rotini, bow-tie, etc may be substituted) 1/3 head cauliflower 1/2 bunch broccoli 1 bunch green onions, diced 1 tomato, diced 1 lb bacon, browned & drained 1 (8 oz) pkg grated cheddar cheese 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 2 jars Betty's Salad Dressing Betty's Salad Dressing 1 cup salad oil 1/3 cup catsup 3/4 cup sugar 1 T Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup onion, diced salt to taste 1/4 cup vinegar


Salad: Layer all ingredients and topwith 1 jar of salad dressing. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, toss with 2nd jar of dressing.

Dressing: Place all ingredients in blender and process. Chill. Make 2 batches for above recipe.
