Broccoli Salad by

This recipe came from Donna Williams who ran the catering at Ashland University. They used this recipe at AU.
1 Bunch of Broccoli (washed and cut into bite sized pieces) 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 2 green onions, chopped (optional) Dressing 1 T cider vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup real mayo (Not Miracle Whip)
Mix all salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients. pour dressing over salad. Refrigerate until ready to use.
