Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Drink Mix*
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Healthy Meal*
1 tsp. Lemonade Drink Mix**
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice***
Add flavored syrup or frozen fruit to taste
Instructions
Blend with approx. 2 cups of crushed ice. Add a touch of water if needed to help it blend. Enjoy!
