Ingredients

Cooking Spray 2 sleeves saltine crackers 2 sticks butter 1 c brown sugar 8 oz choc chips

Instructions

Heat oven to 425.
Line large bar pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange saltines salt side down on pan in single layer.
In a saucepan on med. heat, melt butter, brown sugar and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour over crackers.
cover evenly with caramel sauce.
Bake 2-4 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. When melted spread the chocolate over the surface.
Chill in the freezer 15-20 minutes. Remove and crack into pieces. Enjoy!
