Classic Margarita by
Ingredients
60 g (2 fl oz) silver tequila
30 g (1 fl oz) 80 proof triple sec
20 g (2/3 fl oz) fresh lime juice
15 g (1/2 fl oz) simple syrup
salt to taste
55 g filtered water, if making batch ahead of time
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients (excluding water) to cocktail shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously until shaker frosts over
3. Strain over rocks glass filled with ice.
NOTE: If making multiple margaritas ahead of time, do not shake with ice. Instead, combine all ingredients (including water) in desired bulk container and stir together.
