Green Monster Smoothie by Alyssa Tsuchiya

If you use darker fruits, such as strawberries or blueberries, your green monster will be more of a brownish color…so don’t think you messed it up!

Ingredients

1-2 heaping handfuls of spinach, thoroughly rinsed 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (could use any flavor yogurt or even greek yogurt) 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit chunks milk

Instructions

In a blender, add spinach, yogurt, and fruit. Blend together until liquified. Add milk to thin to desired consistancy. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
