Chocolate Pecan Fudge Fingers by SweeterLifeClub

Ingredients

1 apple peeled, cored and diced 2 tablespoons extra light butter 2 eggs lightly beaten ½ cup Natvia ½ cup wholemeal plain flour ¼ cup cocoa ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Cook apple in a small saucepan with a little water on low until soft
Puree apple
Place hot apple into a large bowl and add butter, stir until butter melts.
Whisk in eggs and Natvia until combined
Stir in sifted flour, cocoa and pecans
Lightly spray a loaf pan, spread mixture over base
Bake at 180˚C for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
Cool in tin then cut into fingers
