Corn Casserole by Stephanie

Ingredients

11 tbsp. butter 2/3 c flour 1/2 c yellow cornmeal 1/3 c sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs lightly beaten 1 15oz can corn, drained, 1/2 cup liquid retained 1 15 oz can creamed corn

Instructions

Heat over to 350. Grease a 7 x 11 pan. Melt butter in the pan. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet in a separate bowl. Whip dry into wet. Pour into baking dish and bake 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
