Raisin Walnut Bread - 2 lb by Nancy & Ron

Set bread maker to: Sweet Setting - with Light Crust


1.6 cups Water 1.5 Tablespoon Margarine 1.5 Teaspoon Salt 4 cups Flour 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 3 Teaspoon Skim Milk Powder (1Tbspn) 1.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon (1/2 Tbspn) 1.5 Teaspoon Fast Acting Yeast (1/2 Tbspn) 2/3 cup Raisins 1/2 cup Crushed Walnuts


Preheat oven to 170 when starting, turn off when reaches temperature for rising
Start time is 2:50 (1:05 before needing oven)
At 2:30 on timer, beeps, add raisins & walnuts, use wood spoon to help mixing in
At 1:45 on timer, turn off. remove dough, knead, divide in 2
Rise in greased bread pans for 1 hr ( last 15 min, remove from oven for preheat)
Raise oven temp to 350 deg F
Bake for 35 min

Brush several times with sugar solution for glazing finish while warm
