Raisin Walnut Bread 1.5 lb - Usual by Nancy & Ron

Set bread maker to: Sweet Setting - with Light Crust

Ingredients

1 3/16 cups Water 1 1/8 Tablespoon Margarine 1 1/8 Teaspoon Salt 3 cups Flour 1 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 2 1/4 Teaspoon Skim Milk Powder 1 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 1/8 Teaspoon Fast Acting Yeast 1/2 cup Raisins 1/3 cup Crushed Walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170 when starting, turn off when reaches temperature for rising
Start time is 2:50 (1:05 before needing oven)
At 2:30 on timer, beeps, add raisins & walnuts, use wood spoon to help mixing in
At 1:45 on timer, turn off. remove dough, knead, divide in 2
Rise in greased bread pans for 1 hr ( last 15 min, remove from oven for preheat)
Raise oven temp to 350 deg F
Bake for 35 min

Brush several times with sugar solution for glazing finish while warm
