Ingredients
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar (reduced from 1-2/3 cup)
1 cup skim milk
4 tspn corn syrup
1 tspn vanilla
Instructions
Combine ingredients in pot
Bring to boil, stirring often
Cool and refrigerate
