Sweet and Sour Chicken Thighs by Nancy & Ron

Ingredients

2 cups ketchup 1 cup water 2 cups brown sugar 1 1/2 cups vinegar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

Remove skin from chicken thighs
Roast covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees
Combine following sauce ingredients in pot and heat:
After chicken is cooked, drain fat and pour sauce over chicken and cook uncovered for 2 hours at 325 degrees
