Ultimate Chicken Caeser Salad by Rummy


1 Large Chicken Breast (Cooked and Diced) 1/2 medium onion 3 medium mushrooms (sliced) 1 medium tomato (Diced) 1 bushel romaine lettuce (chopped) 1/2 medium bell pepper (diced) 1/2 Avocado (diced) 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp fresh oregano 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lime juice 1 slice of bread (cubed and dried) or croûtons. 3 tbsp Caesar salad dressing.


Fry onions, mushrooms, garlic and chicken breast with olive oil until caramelized add in fresh oregano, and other spices to taste. once caramelized add in lime juice cook until evaporated.

In a bowl place, chopped lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bell pepper.
Add in Caesar dressing, and fried ingredients. then add in the croûtons shake and serve.
