Ingredients

Paneer - 1 Cup Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste - 1/2 Cup Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon Salt - 2 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Onions - 1 Cup Coriander Seeds Powder - 2 Teaspoons Green Peas - 1 Cup Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoons Green Chillies - 2

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry. Fry for five minutes and then add green chillies. Fry paneer in the mean time. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Fry diced paneer bits. Paneer need not be fried, but it will be tastier if fried. Fry till matar paneer recipe turns golden brown and then move it to some plate. As onions turn translucent, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix. Allow it to simmer for one moment. Insert green peas. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
