(?) Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo by
Ingredients
- Medium Saucepan
- Medium Saucepan
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 12oz box of Fettuccine (or any) Pasta
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Melt Butter in medium saucepan over medium/low heat.
2. Add Garlic, Cream, Pepper and Salt. Bring to a simmer. (Turn heat down if starts to boil.)
3. Add Cheese. Simmer sauce for 8 minutes or until thick.
4. While sauce is cooking, bring 4-6 quarts to boil in another saucepan and add pasta. (Follow pasta cooking instructions.) Cook for about 12 minutes or until done and then drain it.
5. Spoon pasta onto plates and pour Alfredo sauce on top of it.
