Protein & Banana Pancakes by RKPOD


Ingredients: 30g protein powder (any flavour) 1 egg 1/2 large banana Coconut water Berries to serve


1. Mash the banana up in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add the egg and protein powder and whisk together
3. Add coconut water until desired consistency is obtained. I think 20-30mL is a good amount
4. Spray your pan with cooking oil and cook away! I use coconut oil for an even more healthier option!
