Pumpkin delight by PURVA

Ingredients

Pumpkin(Kaddu)-200gm Sugar-3tbsp Milk-1cup Butterscotch essence-1-2drops Pistachio-8-10 Ghee-3tbsp

Instructions

1.First of all, cut pumpkin into small pieces.
2.Take a non-stick pan and put 1tbsp ghee.
3.Now put the pumpkin pieces into pan and saute untill it becomes soft.
4.Now pressure cook the pumpkin,so that it will be completely mashed.
5.Put leftover ghee again in a pan and put
Pumpkin and milk.
6.Cook untill all the milk gets absorbed and it takes the form of pudding.
7.Now put sugar and essence.
8.Switch off the flame when sugar completely mixes with it.
9.Now add finely chopped pistachio and serve hot.
