Vegan Sugar-Free Chocolate Bars by Jeremiah Jenkinz Yo

Ingredients

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil 1/2 cup Splenda no calorie sweetener - granulated. OR 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Mix melted coconut oil with Splenda (or honey). Add cocoa powder and stir well for 3-4 minutes. Mixture will be extra thick. Pour onto parchment paper-lined flat container. Stick it in the freezer until solid....approx 30 minutes. Store in fridge.
