Lingonberry Shake by Jeremiah Jenkinz Yo


2 Table spoons of Lingonberry 1 cup of Almond Milk 1.5 cups of Ice 2 table spoons of Oatmeal 1 banana Blender


Add the Milk to the bleander. Add the lingonberry. Add the Oatmeal. Bleand for 45 sec. Then add the Ice. Blend for 1 minutes.. Then add the Banana and blend for 30 sec.

Serve and drink
