Fat Free Chili Cheese Fries by

Ingredients
1 Russet Potatoe cut into french fry form
1/3 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon water
1 fat free cheddar cheese slice
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese plus more for topping
1/3-1/2 cup 99% fat free chili heated
Instructions
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the cut potatoe for 12-15 minutes
2.Combine water and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well until cornstarch dissolves
3.Heat a saucepan with milk and bring to a boil
4.Add the fat free cheese slice to the milk and bring the heat down to a simmer, while striing in cheese until it melts
5.Add 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese and stir in until melted
6.Take fries out of oven, place on a plate and pour the melted cheese mixture and then the chili and top with the rest of the shredded fat free cheese
