Broccoli Salad by Nielsen

Ingredients

2 bunches of Broccoli 1 red onion 1/2 cup golden raisins 10-12 pieces of well cooked bacon (bacon bits are ok) 1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tsp sugar Sunflower seeds

Instructions

Cut broccoli florets into small pieces(about nichole size)
Cut onion into small pieces
Crumble bacon into small pieces

Combine Mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and sugar into a sauce until well mixed.
Toss together Broccoli, onion, raisins and bacon. Stir into the sauce until well covered. Add Sunflower seeds to taste.

Refrigerate until use. Best when eaten within 48 hours.
