Meat loaf by Nielsen

Ingredients

2eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs (I use Italian spiced) 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 Tbsp snipped parsley 1 Tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground sage 1-1/2 lbs ground beef Topping 1/4 cup catsup 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

Oven 350
Mix first 7 ingredients together by fork in a medium sized bowl until blended. Add ground beef, mix well. Place in 8x4x2 loaf pan.
Cook 1-1/4 hours.
Spoon off fat.
Mix topping ingredients together until blended. Spread over meat loaf and place back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
