Ingredients

4 - breakfast muffins (cut in half) 4 - eggs 2 tablespoons - milk half teaspoon - veg oil 40g - soft cheese 4 x20g - slices of ham

Instructions

1. Preheat the grill, toast muffins, cut side up.

2. Beat the eggs and milk together. Heat the oil, add egg, keep stirring.

3. Spread soft cheese on muffins, add ham on top. Share the egg between them. Season with ground pepper.
