Apple cake by
Ingredients
5 Large eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
2 cups Flour
4 t. Baking powder
2 T. Lemon juice
6 T. Water
3 – 4 Apples, cored and sliced thin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except apples to create batter. Place half of batter in greased 9” x 13” pan.
Place apples on top of batter and top with remaining batter.
Bake 50 minutes.
